Much has been written and said about the idea of the „Allman“ developed by St. Nicholai Velimirovich. However, for reasons that remain unknown to me, the Words on the Allman (Речи о Свечовеку, 1920), the central work introducing Nicholai’s Allman on the philosophical and poetical stage, has hitherto not been translated in any language (except for some fragments in Russian), nor was it systematically commented on.
